Azathoth Summary

The story starts off in a modern like city city that is described as “grim and ugly” and goes on to talk about an unnamed man who gazes out at the stars from his window each night. It goes on to say that he has done it for many years and he begins to observe secret vistas unsuspected by normal humanity. One night the gulf between his world and the starts is bridged, and he ascends from his body out into the cosmos.
